Coming from an entrepreneurial family that owned and operated a large portfolio jewelry stores in Texas, he gained valuable insights into business and retail. Additionally, Asad was surrounded by successful commercial real estate investors throughout his life, learning about purchasing bank notes, flipping shopping centers, and acquiring gas stations. With a strong passion for building and design, he has also ventured into selling raw land.
